Gratitude

We live in a time in history that ingratitude seems to be on the rise all around us. Complaining and entitlement are our new national pastimes. But this is actually not a new trend. From the very beginning the Devil was able to convince mankind that God was withholding good things from us, things we needed, things we wanted, things that would be tasty and make us happy, or wise, or powerful. And sadly to this day we continue down this path, thinking that God is withholding good from us and that we can find good apart from God.
