During June and July we will meet once a month for a meal and fellowship.
The Daniel Plan by Rick Warren is a lifestyle program based on Biblical principles and the five essentials of Faith, Food, Focus, Fitness and Friends. It is a journey of health and wellness to gain insights, develop skills and establish habits for a lifetime of healthy living. What you do with your body sets the tone for everything else. Our physical health influences our mental health, spiritual health, emotional health, relational health and every area of our life.
Amen WHOLE-4
Daniel Plan is happy to share that SCF has been selected to be one of the pilot locations for Amen WHOLE-4, a faith-based program designed to help us renew our minds and transform our body, mind, relationships, and spirit, just as Romans 12:1-2 calls us to do.
This program blends biblical truth and brain health principles to equip us for
a life of clarity, hope, and purpose.
Together, we will:
Build healthy habits for body and brain
Train our thoughts and overcome negativity
Strengthen relationships within our faith community
Deepen our spiritual connection with God
We invite YOU to be part of this exciting journey! 18 sessions total broken up into two sessions. If you miss the Foundations Sessions you can still join the Mastery sessions in September.
FOUNDATIONS: Wednesday, August 5, 2026 through Wednesday, September 9, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
MASTERY: Wednesday, September 16 – December 16, 2026. 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Yoga Class
Join us every Thursday from 9:00 am – 10:00 am for yoga. Class fee of $5.00 accepted for our instructor. Meets in The Lodge.
