The Daniel Plan by Rick Warren is a lifestyle program based on Biblical principles and the five essentials of Faith, Food, Focus, Fitness and Friends. It is a journey of health and wellness to gain insights, develop skills and establish habits for a lifetime of healthy living. What you do with your body sets the tone for everything else. Our physical health influences our mental health, spiritual health, emotional health, relational health and every area of our life.

The Daniel Plan is much more than weight loss, it is a tool to improve health, gain energy, think more clearly, feel more confident and grow physically stronger. I Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God..Therefore, honor God with your bodies”. Your journey starts with the conviction that you want to be a good steward of your body. We would love to have you join us on our journey of health and wellness.

You are more than welcome to join our group at anytime. We cycle through the 26 week course interspersed with activities and fellowship.

Line Dance Instruction

Join us every Wednesday from 12:30 pm for a quick review of steps if you are new. Then stay from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm for Line Dancing. No registration or fee required (donations accepted for the instructor). Meets in the lobby.

Yoga Class

Join us every Thursday from 9:00 am – 10:00 am for yoga. No fee, donations accepted for our instructor. Meets in The Lodge.
