Every member is invited to make a difference through serving on the team of their choice based on their specific gifts and abilities.

Everyone is a part of making Silver Creek Fellowship a place where others find the life they were made for. It’s our honor to make a place for someone else. Every team member – from kids to coffee to greeting to projection – carries a piece that matters! There is nothing better than being a part of someone meeting Jesus for the first time.

HOST TEAMS
These teams love people, making them feel at home with a smile and encouragement so their hearts are open to Jesus.
ADMINISTRATION TEAM
This team uses the gift of administration to collect and maintain data to ensure information is secure, complete, and accurate so that everyone can take their next steps.
REQUIREMENTS: Next Step 1-4, Background check
AUDITORIUM TEAM
This team creates a welcoming atmosphere in the autitorium; we assist with seating and any needs that arise.
REQUIREMENTS: Next Step 1-4
BAPTISM TEAM
This team prepares and facilitates for the celebration of water baptism and hosts the family and guests joining the celebration.
REQUIREMENTS: Next Step 1-4, 6 months on the Dream Team
COFFEE TEAM
This team connects with guests by preparing and serving delicious beverages and warm welcomes.

Available to youth 12+
FACILITIES TEAM
This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church and bring things to life.
NEXT STEP TEAM
This team facilitates further spiritual growth by connecting guests and providing enouragement and assistance thoughout the Next Step process.

PARKING TEAM
This team is truly the first impression of SCF Church. They manage the flow of the parking lot for services and events by making parking safe, easy and efficient.

SAFETY TEAM
This team provides people a positive worship experience by maintaining a distraction-free environment.
REQUIREMENTS: Next Step 1-4, 6 months on the Dream Team, Application, Background check, 21+
WELCOME TEAM
This team helps those who visit our campus feel welcomed with a friendly greeting.
REQUIREMENTS: Next Step 1-4
Available to youth 12+
WELCOME CENTER
The Welcome Center is the point of contact for all SCF info. This team is the welcoming, smiling face of our church, providing information on room locations, current events, ministry questions and event registrations.

CREATIVE TEAMS
These teams use creativity and technology to reach many by delivering the Word and worship through visual elements.
CONTENT CREATION TEAM
If a picture is worth a thousand words, then every photo and video we share has the ability to speak thousands of words into the lives of people we will never know. Content Team looks to offer a creative outlet for people to express how God can be seen in everything around us. If you have experience, a camera, and a heart for serving, Content Team has a place for you.

ONLINE HOST TEAM
This team uses our online platform to welcome and help those watcing church online to feel like part of the family.

PRODUCTION TEAM
This team uses creativity and technology to reach many by delivering the Word and worship through visual elements.

Available to youth 16+
SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT TEAM
Social Media Engagement Team has the honor of bringing hope to people who engage with Silver Creek Fellowship on our social channels. You may pray for someone who needs to know God is still with them. You may answer a question from someone who isn’t a Christian but who is curious about the Gospel. Or you may care for someone who’s been a longtime follower of the church. No matter who you encounter, on this team you’re responsible for shining the light of Christ in a digital world.

WORSHIP TEAM
This team uses voices and instruments to prepare the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the Living God.

MINISTRY TEAMS
These teams encourage spiritual growth, bringing hope and faith to guests through prayer, small groups and care.
CARE TEAM
This team calls, visits and coordinates practical needs during times of crisis, major life moments and unexpected events.
REQUIREMENTS: Next Step 1-4, 6 months on the Dream Team, Application, Background check, 21+
PRAYER TEAM
This team is the first line of prayer defense for our church, praying behind the scenes during the weekend services and throughout the week preparing the way for the Lord.

RESPONSE TIME TEAM
This team of trained intercessors brings hope and faith to guests through personal prayer at the end of each service.
REQUIREMENTS: Next Step 1-4, 6 months on the Dream Team, Application, Background check
SCF CARES TEAM
This team demonstrates God’s love in practical ways by caring for the felt needs within our community, state, nation and world.
NEXT GEN TEAMS
These teams build the next generation, creating environments where young people are consistently discipled to live life for Jesus.
NURSERY TEAM
This team shows the love of Jesus to every baby and toddler while playing, rocking and singing to them.

SCF KIDS CHECK-IN TEAM
This team welcomes families as they arrive at our SCF Kids areas and facilitates the check-in process ensuring children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

SCF KIDS TEAM
This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus through worship, skits, small groups, games and more.

SCF YOUTH TEAM
This team builds the next generation – one dynamic worship experience, relevant small group, impactful conference and life-changing camp trip at a time!

SMALL GROUPS
We all need each other and that’s why we have Small Groups. Whether you’re new to groups, leading for the first time or a seasoned leader, there’s a place for you!

This generous team accelerates and expands the reach of the gospel through Silver Creek Fellowship, specifically through the gift of giving.

WHO CAN BE ON THE DREAM TEAM?
There is a place for everyone! The first step to joining the Dream Team is attending our Next Step Growth Track. Here we will help you discover more about who you are and how God made you. After that, we encourage you to choose a team that sounds fun and jump in.
HOW DO I JOIN A TEAM?
Everyone’s first step to joining the Dream Team is attending our Next Step Growth Track. Step 1 is all about who we are and what we believe. Step 2 is all about deepening your connection to God through spiritual habits. Step 3 is all about discovering how God designed you for ministry. Then, in Step 4 you will be given an opportunity to meet with team leaders to see where you can use your gifts best. Steps 1-3 happen monthly while Step 4 happens quarterly. You can see upcoming dates here.
HOW OFTEN DO I GET TO SERVE?
The answer is completely up to you! Everyone’s schedule is unique. Some people love to serve once a month while others love to serve every week. There’s just nothing better than seeing people’s lives changed by Jesus. Every single time you serve, you are part of someone’s story.
ARE THERE TEAMS FOR YOUTH TO SERVE TOO?
Our youth love serving and we love having them! There are many opportunities for youth to serve on teams. Age requirements are listed under the teams above.
Our Facilities, SCF Cares and Legacy Teams are open for anyone to join. All of our other teams require you to go through Steps 1-4.
