The disciples got to walk and talk with Jesus every day for three years.  Luke 11 tells us they came to Jesus one day and they had a request. “Lord, teach us to pray.”  Of all the things they could have asked Jesus for, why did they ask for that? Because they saw the results of prayer in His life. They saw Him pray and they saw what happened. As Christians, there is nothing more vital to our lives in Christ than prayer.
