One of the things we see in the life of Jesus is that He is always encouraging His disciples to take their Next Step of faith. When He first called them, they weren’t really ready to do everything that He would eventually ask them to do … but that didn’t stop Jesus. He invited them to do life with Him, and He taught them to be like Him … and He did that by continually providing opportunities for them to grow by taking their Next Step with Him. He does the same for us.
