If you want to see your life transformed and make a difference in the lives of others, we invite you to Silver Creek Fellowship. People have come into Silver Creek from every walk of life and grown in their relationship with God, found meaningful friendships, and discovered the joy in serving others.
What should I expect Sunday morning?
We meet at 9:30 am and 11:00 am on Sunday mornings. Our livestream is available online at 9:30 am. In our Sunday morning meeting we invite you to arrive a few minutes early to grab a cup of coffee/tea. We start with some time of worshiping God through song. We would consider our worship style contemporary. Then we have a bible-based and life-based message given by one of our pastors. After the message we allow for a response time to what God might be asking us to do in response to the worship and message we have experienced. You can expect our services to be 1 hour long in total. In between our two services we invite you to stay and get to know people over coffee.
What is response time during the service?
One of the things that makes worship at Silver Creek Fellowship a powerful experience is our response time. Every service concludes with this moment when we all have the chance to consider what God might be asking us to do in response to the worship and message we have experienced. How should I dress?
We are a casual community of people, so feel free to come as you are. If you enjoy dressing up, feel free to do that too.
Do my kids sit with me in service?
While the choice is ultimately yours, we would encourage all parents to check out our SCF Kids ministry. We have age appropriate classrooms, for nursery – 6th grade at our 11:00 am service, where kids can go and have fun learning about the love of God. Our staffed nursery is open during both services, however there is currently no kid’s ministry for Preschool-6th grade at our 9:30 am service. Our family room is available for all to use throughout both services.
Am I expected to give money?
It is important to us that guests do not feel pressured to give. The Bible teaches that giving should not be done out of compulsion, but rather a heart of worship. Our primary concern is that you connect with Jesus.
What kind of church is Silver Creek Fellowship?
Silver Creek Fellowship is a non-denominational church. We are committed to becoming the kind of community described in the New Testament – a place of authentic relationships, heart-felt worship, compassion for others, relevant teaching, and an openness to the Holy Spirit.
How can I learn more?
During any service you can mark one of the bubbles in the “I would like to be contacted about” section on your Connection Card. One of our pastors will reach out to you during the following week. You can also visit the Info Center in our lobby and talk to one of our attendants after each service on Sundays. Or keep exploring our website.
Welcome Party
First Sunday of each month. We want to get to know you! If you are new, come meet with our leaders in the front of the auditorium for a quick 10 minutes after either service. Snacks provided! Families are welcome.
SCF Kids Check-In
Our hope is that your kids will be fully engaged in our kid’s programs here at SCF. We want you to be assured that they’ll be safe too. Our SCF Kids (Preschool – 6th grade) currently only meet during the 11:00 am service. Nursery is available during both services. On Sunday mornings, your child will be checked in to their appropriate class at our check in desk in the lobby. At check-in, your family is assigned a random code printed on the child’s name tag and a corresponding security tag that you keep. When you pick up your child, you must show your corresponding security tag. For more information about check in and our kid’s programs click here.
